Know what buyers need

Invited bidders receive the detailed buyer data sheet, helping you assess the requirements and shape your offer.

You decide the discount you are prepared to give to secure the team’s business. Procumo takes no supplier commission or kickback.

Keep the relationship

Suppliers contract directly with customers. Deliver well and you could keep those relationships for life.

A transparent commercial model

Try the opportunity.
Then decide if it fits.

Start with a 60-day free trial. If you continue, supplier membership is $1,100 + GST per year.

There is no supplier commission or kickback.

Buyers pay our small % of new savings on top of your bid. They know this is how Procumo works and they value it.

What the buyer pays: a simple example

For Customer A, using a 10% fee on the new savings only:

Customer A’s current price
$1,000
Your bid
$800
Gross savings
$200
Procumo fee: 10% of $200 savings
$20
Customer A’s final price
$820

The buyer still saves $180. Your $800 bid is not reduced by a supplier commission. The buyer pays your bid plus Procumo’s savings fee.

Your chosen discount is the commercial offer you make to win a large parcel of committed customers; the annual membership applies after your trial if you continue.

Before you apply

Supplier questions,
answered.

Is Procumo’s savings fee deducted from my bid?

No. Buyers pay Procumo’s small percentage of new savings on top of your bid. For example, if the current price is $1,000 and your bid is $800, gross savings are $200. At a 10% savings fee, Procumo’s fee is $20 and the buyer’s final price is $820. Your bid remains $800; Procumo does not deduct a supplier commission from it.

What does it cost to become a Procumo supplier?

You receive a 60-day free trial. If you continue, supplier membership is $1,100 + GST per year. Procumo takes no supplier commission or kickback; you choose the discount you are prepared to offer to win the buying team’s business.

What information will I receive before bidding?

Invited bidders receive the detailed buyer data sheet for the opportunity, so you can understand the requirements and decide whether to make an offer.

Who contracts with the customers?

You contract directly with customers. Delivering a strong service can turn the initial group opportunity into long-term relationships—and potentially customers for life.

Does registering guarantee orders?

No. Our onboarding team reviews your business and suitability. Invitations depend on relevant buying-team opportunities, and winning depends on the offer and requirements. The trial gives you a chance to assess whether Procumo is a good fit.
