The Team Data can be found via this link.  All Buyers in the parcel have confirmed that they are willing to switch to another quality provider if they can secure a better price. And they have paid a deposit that they forfeit, if they do not follow through.

The lowest bid by an invited company will secure this business. The winning vendor is then emailed the full details of the customer to finalise the deal directly with each buyer.

The system will notify the winning bidder and those who did not win.

Entering this code at the checkout will reduce the balance to zero and we will contact you directly to finalise arrangements. IMPORTANT: By taking this action you are legally bound to this fixed “Buy Now” price as per our Terms & Conditions. This is an agreed 50 week price based on the Team Data Table and you agree to fulfil the requirements of the customers over that term.

Procumo Fees are always added back to the final winning bid and that is what the buyer pays. An example: If the winning bid is $80,000 there is a $20,000 saving. Procumo Fees are 12.5% of this saved amount or $2500. Buyers in total then pay the supplier $82,500 for this contract.

Procumo requires 50% of this amount within 7 days upon from the supplier after the successful completion of the deal. A review point will occur at 3 months where volume/usage adjustments can be made up or down. The same occurs at the 6 month point. At which time adjustments are made again and the balance of Procumo’s fees are due within 7 days.
